”At our Lisbon seminar, Nicole Bearne gave the Valeo team insight into the ‘people side’ of an F1 team. The team dynamics, the highs and the lows, and the lessons we can draw from this in our own professional lives.  It was great and I would absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone looking for an inspiring talk"
Menno Schönlank -  VP Aftermarket Europe, Valeo

She can transition seamlessly between engaging C-level stakeholders, developing strategic guidance and approaches, to the fine attention to detail needed to deliver top-quality employee engagement events. She stands out through her commitment to ongoing learning, her versatility, the boundless energy she brings to every project and, above all, for being a brilliant team-mate, for whom the success of the team is the key performance metric."
